50 YEARS Celebrations

The whole month of July our Ashram’s: programs, STRUCTURE and SPACE call us to LIVING YOGA ”Participate!” On Weekdays. A program in the Early Morning, Afternoon, and Evening, set the tone -- call us back from me in the world to the world in me – re-align, harmonize, remind, WAKE UP

The generous SPACE BETWEEN programs calls us to create a personal retreat, for? (you decide) 10 mins, 5 hours, live in for a few days? The Ashram is your retreat environment -- its marvellous LIBRARY offers contact with voices of wisdom contemporary and ancient; tea ceremony on tap in the KITCHEN refreshes our study. Enquiry, contemplation, takes us into the WEST VERANDAH’S afternoon sun or onto SCATTERED SEATS in the garden – inside -- outside -- front verandah – we converse, write, read, gaze into the middle distance; find a yoga mat, lie, sit. chat, practice, breath.

And the quiet room – Venkatesha -- the Master’s Room, calls us into the uninterrupted silence at any time -- others may be there -- we are alone -- in the Ashram’s esoteric Centre, its vital heart.

27-31 JULY there’ll be a Festival with programs back-to-back – energised and illuminated by the five days of the brilliant full moon of Guru Purnima, gratitude. Doors open 6.15am – 9pm throughout July -- make time with yourself; diarise it NOW, “Participate”.

Very best,

Sobha Day, Patron,

PUJA

11:15 - 12:15 pm

Thursdays  Satsang Hall

More than ritual, puja is understood as an act of connection and gratitude, where the practitioner expresses respect, devotion, and surrender. It is also seen as a way to cultivate inner purity, mindfulness, and spiritual awareness.

In essence, puja transforms everyday actions into sacred practice by directing attention toward the divine or higher consciousness.

Our weekly Sivananda Satsang is about bringing to life the ancient wisdom
