Swami Parvathiananda.

Swami Parvathiananda is a long time friend and teacher in the Sivananda tradition. She was a disciple of Swami Venkatesananda and with his encouragement, following his passing, joined with others to establish the Ananda Kutir Ashrama in Cape Town South Africa in 1982. Swami Parvathiananda lives and teaches at the Ananda Kutir Ashrama, to the present day.
