Sometimes called Yoga of the Heart, a Dru Yoga class is an uplifting experience. Easy flowing activation movements awaken lungs, warm the muscles & free joints before slowing down into an Energy Block Release sequence of soft, flowing movements releasing tension in the body on all levels. Students can work at their own pace. Class finishes with a deep guided relaxation.

Irena’s classes involve classical asanas (postures) that open the energy channels, including sun salutation, relaxation and pranayama (breathing exercise). Pranayama enhances concentration and mental stamina bringing balance to body and mind and connecting the student to a deeper experience of yoga.

Tuesdays 4.30pm



Gentle Hatha yoga for all levels of ability, participants are encouraged to find their own range of motion using the principles of Ahimsa, non-harm. Classes incorporate asana, pranayama, meditation, mantra and mudra, as tools for exploring ones own physical, emotional and spiritual yogic journey.

Yoga with Liz Pippet

This 25 minute practice will move energy and relieve stress and tension in the mind and body.
