Your booking is confirmed on receipt of 50% deposit of hire fee.

Notice of cancellation given in writing more than 45 days prior to hire date will allow deposit to be reimbursed in full with no costs.

Cancellation 21 days to 45 days prior to the event will result in the cancellation fee equal to 50% of the deposit.

Cancellation 20 days prior to the event will result in the cancellation fee equal to the deposit.
Accommodation

Notice of cancellation given in writing more than 60 days prior to hire date will allow deposit to be reimbursed in full with no costs.

Cancellation 15 days to 30 days prior to the event will result in the cancellation fee equal to 50% of the deposit.

Cancellation 14 prior to the event will result in the cancellation fee equal to the deposit.
