In addition to your rights under the Trades Practices Act 1974, you can shop online with confidence in the knowledge that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return it to the Sivananda Ashram Beacon Yoga Centre and we will provide you with an exchange or refund within the following guidelines. 

 

​Returns

You may return items sold for a full refund of the purchase price under the following conditions: 

• Within 10 days of receipt of the purchase, email notification of the intention to return items prior to returning the product. 

• The returned items must be unopened in original packaging and undamaged.

• Return postage is your responsibility.

 

No Refunds can be credited without prior authorisation. Include email address and phone number.

Cancellations of Order

If you simply wish to cancel your purchase, notify us immediately. Orders are generally processed within 24 hours and we are unable to cancel an order once it has been shipped. A refund, will be issued after merchandise has been returned to our office.

Cancellation of Venue Hire

Your booking is confirmed on receipt of 50% deposit of hire fee.

Notice of cancellation given in writing more than 60 days prior to hire date will allow deposit to be reimbursed in full with no costs.

Cancellation 15 days to 60 days prior to the event will result in the cancellation fee equal to 50% of the deposit.

Cancellation 48 hours to 14 days prior to the event will result in the cancellation fee equal to the deposit.

Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the event will result in the cancellation fee equal to the full hire quotation amount.

​​Cancellation of Friend of the I.Y.A.

Friend of the I.Y.A. may be cancelled within 14 days of the order being placed and a full refund will be given. Simply email info@sivanandaashram.org.au within 14 days of the application being lodged and the application will be cancelled.

​​Cancellation of Courses

The cost of enrolments in Courses, Yoga Days and Retreats can be cancelled within 7 days of the purchase date if the course has not started, check each events policy. A refund cannot be made after the course or retreat has started.

• Refunds are made via electronic bank transfer. Valid bank BSB and account details are required.

• Sorry, but shipping, postage & handling charges are never refundable.
