With few parent/children teams accepting the invitation for a community yoga day, we will now devote this yoga day to adults.

Join Meta and our yogic community for another inspiring yoga day at the Ashram Yoga Centre.

MONTHLY YOGA DAYS

Each month, a yoga day is held at the Beacon Yoga Centre.  Each yoga day features a different yoga teacher and a theme with focus placed on a particular aspect of yoga.

 

​Yoga Day fees

(vegetarian lunch included 12:15 -1:15pm)

Cost: $55   |   $45  Members / Concession      

 

· Wear comfortable clothing

· Bring your mat we will provide support equipment.
