Our weekly Sivananda Satsang is about bringing to life the ancient wisdom
through participation in reading scriptures, sages and yoga philosophy
and chanting after each reading “so the teaching may reach the heart”.
We create a sattvic atmosphere, culminating in a short meditation
and devotional aarathi (waving of lights).

Jnana Yoga is the Yoga of Right Knowledge.
These weekly group meetings provide a structured setting where participants examine selected teachings relevant to self-knowledge. We share reflections and insights that have practical application for our daily lives.
The sessions, in the Library, start at 7.45am for 8:00am. Meera our facilitator, will direct the reading and guide participation.
The current book is SONG OF GOD (Bhagavad Gita) by Swami Venkatesananda. Copies of the book are made available to read during each meeting. Everyone is welcome, and participation is offered on a donation basis.
Join this long established discussion group and participate in thoughtful discourse.
