PUJA

11:15 - 12:15 pm

Thursdays  Satsang Hall

More than ritual, puja is understood as an act of connection and gratitude, where the practitioner expresses respect, devotion, and surrender. It is also seen as a way to cultivate inner purity, mindfulness, and spiritual awareness.

In essence, puja transforms everyday actions into sacred practice by directing attention toward the divine or higher consciousness.

Association with the Wise
Our weekly Sivananda Satsang is about bringing to life the ancient wisdom

We create a sattvic atmosphere, culminating in a short meditation
and devotional aarathi (waving of lights).
