The Stressless Brain – 6 Week Course

 

Modern life places enormous demands on the brain. Many people say “I’m so stressed” almost as often as they say good morning. Over time this ongoing, insidious stress can lead to brain fog, forgetfulness, reduced concentration, and a feeling that the mind is scattered or untrained—misplacing keys, forgetting names, or losing your train of thought mid-sentence.

 

The Stressless Brain is a practical six-week course designed to help restore clarity, calm, and coherence to the mind. Blending the wisdom of yogic science with modern insights into brain health, this course offers simple yet powerful techniques to reduce stress and support optimal brain functioning.

 

Across the six weeks you will explore practices including meditation, mantra, subtle sÅ«kį¹£ma vyāyāma (gentle yogic exercises) designed to bring prāṇa to the brain, and other practical tools to improve memory, concentration, and mental clarity. You will also learn supportive daily habits, small exercises, useful resources, and guidance on supplements that may help nourish and support the brain.

 

Each session includes guided practices, learning, and simple home techniques you can continue using in daily life.
