A yoga course to gently enliven the body, dissolve tension, and find stillness from dynamic movement to mindfulness and deep, deep rest.

Each class curated to first revitalise and then to nourish. Exploring specific dynamic movements with a seamless transition into restorative postures, a yang to yin approach. Then ready to absorb a guided mindfulness meditation, followed by deep rest.
Dynamic design, somatic intention.
Explore a thoughtful thread of postures in motion and stillness with integrated breath. Specific guidance on posture alignment will be given to draw the senses inward through the landscape of the body. All levels of experience welcome, a mindful accessible practice.

Jessica van Beijnum
Devoted yoga practitioner, with a beginners mindset, Jessica van Beijnum teaches and imparts knowledge from a place of embodied practice and experience. Jessica isn’t interested in having the answers, instead approaches the practice with open receptivity and playful curiosity for the mystery of it all. Energised by the foundations of movement deeply rooted from her yoga studies and dance background, her classes are an invitation to feel into your body with curiosity and compassion. Guiding you into sensation and out of your thinking mind with each practice. Inspired by all things somatic, movement and music are the language of her soul. Jessica holds space in service for the practitioner to explore the depths of their inner wisdom, learning how to sit with oneself. From here to recognise habits, patterns of thinking and feeling, then equipped to respond from the heart.
