This yoga course is an invitation to nourish your body from within.
Through gentle, myofascial and restorative movements, you will create ease, mobility, and space in the body—without force or strain. With a simple awareness of your fascia, you’ll explore how your body naturally supports you, and how it can also open into a greater sense of freedom.
You’ll also explore the energy and grounding power of your own hands and feet, guided through light self-massage and simple, flowing movements to release tension, ease stress, and expand your breath. Expect to gain practical tools to support daily life.
This is a slow, calming practice that supports the connection between your body and mind, helping you feel more grounded, relaxed, and at home in yourself.
