Each month, a yoga day is held at the Beacon Yoga Centre. Each yoga day features a different yoga teacher and a theme with focus placed on a particular aspect of yoga.

 

Yoga day is one of our most popular monthly events, and bookings are required to secure places. Arrive early, the morning session starts at 10am.

In the face of concerns over the spread of Covid-19 as our borders are opened up Saturday 14th November, we urge you to take good care of yourself and protect the safety of others. We ask students to keep a respectable distance from each other and practise good hygiene.

 

Protocols in place will continue and we ask that there be no hugging of our Teachers and officials at the Ashram.

Some precautions to keep the Centre clean, sanitised and safe—including surfaces, floors, mats and bathrooms, we request:

  • If you have flu like symptoms or have been overseas or in contact with someone who is contagious, please stay home as per Government recommendations.

 

When attending classes, we kindly ask you:

  • Bring your own personal mat and blanket

  • If you need to cough, cough into a tissue, or your T-Shirt.

  • Wash your hands thoroughly!
