Have you ever savoured the comforting, home-style Indian meals at Annalakshmi Restaurant and wondered how to recreate those nourishing dishes at home? Now you can learn the secrets behind this wholesome cuisine in Paachaka Prathimik, a special 6-week beginners course in Indian vegetarian cooking, presented by Annalakshmi Culinary Science at the Sivananda Ashram Beacon Yoga Centre.

Guided by one of Annalakshmi’s most experienced kitchen aunties, you'll explore traditional recipes, Ayurvedic principles, and the mindful use of herbs and spices to support wellness and balance in everyday meals.

👩‍🍳 Hands-on sessions in a small group (max 5–6 people)
