HATHA YOGA CLASSES
Hatha Yoga underpins each of our classes.
The movements, breathing and mindfulness of Hatha Yoga are long recognised to reduce the impacts of stress and improve one's physical and mental well-being. An aspect of Yoga that is a tremendous aid to inspire the best in you in today’s world, so busy with stress and strain.
Yoga is a progressive practice and the term is planned for each week to build on the skills learned from the previous week. Each class runs for 90 mins.
COMMUNITY YOGA CLASSES
For wellbeing and general health, we offer our yogic community who may otherwise miss out for whatever reason, beginner yoga classes. A warm and welcoming environment for those recovering from injuries, to be introduced to the practice of yoga.
Would you or someone you know like to do Yoga but for whatever reason may not have the opportunity? Someone who is recovering from an injury, wanting to start a fitness routine or low-income earners interested in yoga.
