Myofascia/Yin Yoga Workshopwith Donna, Sunday 20th March:
Last Sunday morning the ashram was abuzz with masked faces and an enthusiasm for self-practice ( Sadhana ) and a willingness to explore our individual, Sunday morning bodies.
The hall was colourful with physio balls, small pieces of pool noodles that we used as rollers to work into trigger points and tight areas of the body.
We then softened into yin yoga to reflect, and feel inwardly, receive clever information from our own unique bodies, bone structure, and responding to that information.
We then finished with a yoga nidra, with a few gentle sleep noises around the room.
